Independent-Living Apartments

Independent Living is just that: Independent!

These perfectly-sized apartments all have a back porch, ample parking, and beautiful views of Franklin’s farmland.

We provide lawn care, light maintenance, and access to a laundry/entertainment room all free of charge for people age 50+.

Requirements for admission to the Independent Living Apts:

• Must be at least 50 years of age or older
• Able to pay Monthly rent plus deposit
• Able to secure own utilities including water, electric, and gas
